Up for auction is an edition of the May 29, 1994 New York Post. This paper highlights the Rangers vs. Devils Game 7 Eastern Conference Finals game in which Stephane Matteau scored the game winning goal in double overtime. This is one of the most iconic moments in Rangers history. This is a relatively rare New York Post paper from this season, I have only seen a couple in my time collecting from this game. This is an original complete newspaper that is in fantastic condition with really zero issues. Outside of the Matteau write up, there are your typical newspaper stories about the days events and additional write ups about this game. This is a great glimpse into the past.
