Up for auction is a flag from 1987 that was flown over the United States Capital on September 17, 1987 to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Constitution of the United States! The United States Constitution was created on September 17, 1787 and this flag was flown to honor the 200th Anniversary of that key event in US History. This flag was flown at the request of Bill Alexander who was a Congressman from Arkansas. This flag measures 3'X5' and will come with a COA from the Architect of the Capital, George White.
