Up for auction is a 1789 13 Pounds Connecticut Treasury Certificate. The note is dated February 1, 1789.  This note has been hand signed by Peter Colt. This is a gorgeous Certificate from the earliest days of this country.  This is a large note that is all around stunning.  This note has been cross cut cancelled.  This bill is a must have for any collector of Colonial Currency!
