Up for auction is a 1795 Connecticut Colonial Treasury Office Uncut Sheet of Six Certificates. These notes date from October, 1795. This uncut sheet consists of 6 notes. Each typeset has the name "Peter Colt" crossed out and replaced with "Andrew Kingsbury". This sheet does have three deep folds with a minor edge split on the bottom two folds but is in uncirculated condition. In over two decades dealing with colonial currency this is the first uncut colonial treasury sheet I have ever owned, this is an extremely rare item. This is a gorgeous Pay Table from the earliest days of this country. This sheet is a must have for any collector of Colonial Currency!
